I have not committed myself to serious training so my marathon time is way out of line for where is should be. I need a good base and some consistency in my training.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue running injury free and loving it. Spend more time in the mountains.
Personal:
Married with 4 children. Need to run to keep life balanced. I do not fear the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks one time but I do fear the man who has practiced 1 kick 10,000 times.
tm 1 mile wu 4 x .62 miles @ 6:53 mile pace w/ 3 minute recovery 8:13 pace after the fourth one I walked for 3 minutes. 1 mile cd felt good to get a workout in it was raining pretty hard and I have not worked out in a few weeks.
